Hi,
I just wanted to drop you a really quick line to tell you how totally delighted I am with the service that my husband and I received from your company. I realised last Tuesday that we needed a visa and the great comfort to me was that I thought it was a 24 hour process. I trawled the internet looking for companies who could help me and their lead time was 8-10 days. I went into a total panic. I phoned your company and was put through to Karen Collins. Karen was friendly, helpful, re-assuring, efficient and everyone else that I have dealt with since has been equally attentive.
I have never applied for an Indian visa before and I heard such horror stories. I must have phoned Karen or Andy a couple of times a day in a state of panic. They were always patient and caring. I received back the Visa's yesterday thanks to Andy/Alma and today received a call to check everything was ok as I had sent a courier to collect them.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone. You have a very strong team and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to them all (esp. Karen Collins whose cheery disposition and total efficiency calmed me down and saved my marriage!!! I was being a nightmare at home worrying).
We are off to India on Friday thanks to you guys. We are touring the Golden Triangle and I cannot wait.

Just wanted to let you know that my working holiday visa was approved last week! Thankyou both so much for all your help in getting this sorted- I've got no doubt that without your input I'd be destined for the UK's 'undesirables' list!
Would have liked to have come down in person but have been flat out trying to organise everything as I fly out early next week, but if you ever make it over to the UK I'd be more than happy to shout a few beers!
